Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed Fanka items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
